Layout

FIRST LEVEL: Kitchen, pantry, large living room with granite fireplace, formal dining room, glassed enclosed porch and a den. Bedroom with a king bed, full bath with tub and old fashion shower ring. Bedroom with 2 twin beds and a 3/4 bath (shower only). Covered porch. SECOND LEVEL: Bedroom with a queen. Bedroom with a double. Bedroom with a twin and a bunk bed. Bedroom with 2 twins. 2 baths - one full with a claw foot tub, the other is a 1/2 bath with shower only.

Other: Guest Wing: "The Skiff" - Located just across the entry deck from the main house, features a kitchen, a great room (2 day beds), bedroom (queen bed) and full bath.
Available for an additional fee when renting the main house for 4 additional guest max.:
5/4 - 6/29 $1000 p/week + additional $250 security deposit
6/29 - 8/31 $1200 p/week + additional $250 security deposit
8/31 - 10/26 $1000 p/week + additional $250 security deposit

The Skiff rented alone
Rate: May (5/3 - 6/1) $1500 p/week; June (6/1 - 6/29) $1600; Jul & Aug (6/29 - 8/31) $1800; Sept $1600 (8/31 - 9/28) and Oct (9/28 - 10/26) $1500. $500 security deposit. 4 ppl max.

The Main house & Skiff will not be rented to separate parties simultaneously. However, the owner may occupy The Skiff if the main house is rented or occupy the main house if just The Skiff is rented.
