There is another cottage adjacent to this one, known as Pat's Place (SW06-W6) that may be occupied by either the owner's or another tenant. The parking area is shared by both cottages. The cottages are shielded from one another by the woods.
This open cathedral cottage is nestled in the trees on the shore off Norwood's Cove, with shared float dock and Adirondack chairs. The cottage offers open living/dining/kitchen plan with a lot of windows. New in 2017 there is a queen master bedroom added, located off the dining room and French doors to the deck. An added bonus for the nature lover is the outside shower. This property is close proximity to town for dining, shopping and the convenience of catching the FREE Island Explorer bus for a day of sightseeing in Acadia National Park.
