This is a seasonal property with no primary heat source or insulation, although there is a Jotul propane stove in living room, electric in bathrooms and a propane rinnai heater in the master bedroom.

Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
