Small attached apartment "Blue Skies" that also is a rental, and may be occupied during your stay. There is an interior staircase in the pantry room, to the apartment, that can be locked from both sides.

Charming family home located on a quiet residential road, just a short distance from downtown Southwest Harbor. This desirable location is within close proximity of Beal's Lobster Pier for an authentic lobster dinnah, the free Island Explorer bus, Dysart's Great Harbor Marina and all that Acadia National Park has to offer. "Sunnymead" is a great place to retreat after a fun filled day exploring throughout Acadia National Park. There is also large deck for relaxing or a rousing game of ping pong as there is a table for you to enjoy.

For those needing a little extra room, "Blue Skies" is an attached apartment that will sleep an additional 5 guests. See SW05-M2.

FIRST LEVEL: Enter into the large eat in kitchen with gas heating stove. Off the kitchen is a large storage / pantry room with a full bath with shower (no tub) and the washer and dryer. Great room /dining room with large dining table and a heat pump. Den with deck access and a piano. Heat pump.

SECOND LEVEL: Master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached sitting room with a small tv with Roku. (NOTE: This is the only tv in the house). Bedroom with an extra long double bed. Bedroom with a twin bed and a double bed. Full bath with clawfoot tub (no shower).
