Spacious cottage in a quiet residential area with ocean views and access to a small sandy beach. The cottage is clean and comfortable, offers a peaceful retreat at the end of a long day of hiking and sightseeing. A quiet backyard with gas grill and a path to the sandy beach area add to the charm of the cottage.
FIRST LEVEL: Living room, kitchen, dining area. Bedroom with a double bed. 3/4 bath w/shower only. Adjacent is a sitting area, bedroom with a double bed. 3/4 bath with shower with seat (no tub). SECOND LEVEL: Bedroom with a set of bunk beds (full on bottom/twin on top). Bedroom with a queen bed, water views, office/sitting area. 3/4 bath w/shower only.

Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
