This cozy two bedroom summer cottage is nestled in the woods of Manset, next door to the owners' home yet nicely screened for your privacy. The deck overlooks a small pond and early risers may well spot deer in the back yard. A short walk along the Shore Road provides beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains of Acadia as well as easy access to the town dock, boat rentals, Cranberry Island Ferry, churches and the free Island Explorer bus stop. Groceries and other Southwest Harbor shops and restaurants are just minutes away
This house is on one level with a master bedroom with king bed and second bedroom with two twin beds, bath with tub/shower and double sink, washer & dryer, living room/ dining room/kitchen combination and a deck. There is a single pullout couch in the living area.

Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
