Newly remodeled, it boasts wood floors, stainless steel appliances and a bar with seating for up to three. The adjacent dining table easily seats six. From the kitchen access the spacious living room, also with wood floors, a ceiling fan and an inviting gas fireplace. For those who must mix work with pleasure, there's also a work area with desk.

The master bedroom features a queen bed and an 3/4 en suite bath with tiled floors, ceiling fan and a large shower (no tub).
