Beautiful and well equipped shingled cottage right at the water's edge overlooking Cranberries & Sutton Islands, the mountains of Acadia and the shores of Northeast Harbor. Watch the boat races or the lobster boats going by or search the shore for "treasures". This is a great place to retreat to after a full day of activities or sightseeing, yet it is only minutes from the center of Southwest Harbor for shopping or restaurants. The house is well equipped. There is also a fully equipped guest house on the adjacent property that can be rented separately. Please see "Apple Cottage" SW4-S1 for more details.

FIRST LEVEL: Entry with bench and 1/2 bath. Great room includes living room, dining room, kitchen with top of the line appliances, granite counter tops and breakfast bar. The living room has a stone fireplace, cable tv and bookcases. French doors lead to an open porch and a screened porch on the ocean side of the house where sailboat races, lobster boats and passing seals can be observed. Master bedroom on this level has a queen bed and en suite bath with over sized tile shower. SECOND LEVEL: Curved staircase leads to two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom with tub & shower.
