Set atop Sail Mountain, Pine Knoll is spacious and bright, offers air conditioning, a large deck and a lovely wooded setting with granite outcroppings. Inside windows abound bringing in the natural light, and the floor to ceiling hearth with propane fireplace makes a nice centerpiece for the main living space. There is a dining area (seats 8) adjacent to the eat-in kitchen which is well equipped and airy with open shelving.

Layout

FIRST LEVEL: On the first floor is a primary suite with king bed, tv, and small sitting room with a futon that may be used as a bed, plus a small desk area and private, full bath. From this bedroom a door leads outside to the deck. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a queen bed featuring views of the woods behind the house. Full bath with tub and shower combo and the laundry room.

SECOND LEVEL: Youngsters will enjoy taking the stairs overlooking the living room that lead to a bedroom with double bed and twin bunk beds, along with a small tv.

LOWER LEVEL: Finished family room with a full bath (no tub) offering a large sectional couch, flat screen tv, gaming table and a kitchenette with sink and mini-frig.
