MAIN LEVEL: Fully equipped kitchen, dining space and 1/2 bath (not tub or shower). There is a stairway that leads down to the LOWER LEVEL bedroom with a queen bed. 2ND LEVEL: Living room seating and a sliding glass door to the deck. **Futon in photos has been replaced with couch. Full bath with shower only. THIRD LEVEL: Bedroom with a double bed, 1/2 bath (no tub or shower) and sliding glass doors to the top level deck.

Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
