Check in 4pm - Check out 10:00am. No smoking inside or outside of the premises. A garage apartment on premises is possibly occupied by a YR tenant. No Food or drink permitted in any rooms other than the kitchen/dining area. Cleaning is included however, if tenants fail to return cottage to pre-rental condition, as well as, wash, fold and put away all dirty laundry (towels, sheets, dish cloths, etc) pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. (hand washed and dishwasher) as well as clean the grill, additional cleaning fees may be deducted from the security deposit.

Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
