Historically known as the Harbormaster’s House, 98 Clark Point Road was originally built in 1888 with a major renovation in 1989. This venerable property is located along the shores of the Great Harbor and enjoys captivating harbor views of all the marine activity. A one car attached garage allows direct access to the house. And, a meandering path through lovely perennial gardens leads to the shore. Guests can enjoy the private, newly renovated and expansive waterside deck of 40‘ x 25 feet with its own private boathouse and four cozy Adirondack chairs. The deck sits in the water for mid and high tides and invites kayakers and paddle boarders (easily rented nearby) to launch off the beach in lower tides. The boathouse invites you to read, nap, have cocktails or just take in the sights and sounds of the Harbor. Close to town for dining and shopping as well as a convenient spot to catch the free Island Explorer bus. **The dock in photos is no longer there.

Enter into the expansive atrium like foyer with expansive windows towards the harbor from floor to ceiling. To the left of the foyer a small hallway leads to the main floor primary suite. There is a king bed, an ADA compliant bathroom (shower, no tub) and private screened porch. To the right of the foyer are the main living spaces. Here one will find the open floor plan offering a well equipped kitchen with banquette seating, tv area, living room and a dining area that is set in a lovely nook with expansive ocean views and deck access. Laundry room #1 is located off the kitchen.
SECOND LEVEL: Bonus area with seating, a tv, kitchenette and desk area with harbor views. Bedroom with 3 twin beds and shared full bath (shower only) with laundry. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway, that is located off the bonus seating area. There is another full bath (toilet and tub only) on the other side of this hallway, that is adjacent to another bedroom with king bed. The sink for this bathroom is located in the king bedroom. *NOTE: With advance notice, the twin bedroom can be made up as a king (2 twins together) and 1 twin.
