Step inside to a spacious and comfortable interior featuring an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living and dining areas. A large stone fireplace creates a cozy ambiance for cool evenings, while abundant windows frame stunning ocean views throughout the home.
Outdoors, unwind on the expansive ocean-facing deck or the partially covered side porch—both of which are ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure.
Just a 15-minute walk brings you to the center of town, where you’ll find charming shops, local dining, and a convenient stop for the free MDI Explorer Bus.
Whether you're soaking in the coastal scenery, enjoying a seaside meal on the deck, or launching your kayak from the dock (when available), Greendays offers an unforgettable oceanfront experience.
FIRST LEVEL: Nice sized living are with combined dining and a large stone wood burning fireplace. Off the living area is the 1st floor master bedroom with a queen bed. Hallway to a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 2. Off the kitchen is the laundry room, which leads to the first floor full bath which offers a clawfoot tub and separate standup shower. SECOND LEVEL: Full bath with shower (no tub). Master bedroom with a queen bed and a sun / sitting room overlooking the ocean. Bedroom with 2 double beds. Bedroom with a twin bed.

On rare occasions, when a renter arrives they are disappointed with the rental unit. Once a lease is signed, there will be no refunds, however, we will do our best to sublet it with owners permission.

Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
