$1250 p/month all inclusive to include cable & internet, with a $100 p/month cap on the electricity and $400 p/month cap on the propane fuel.
Owner limits the number of tenants to 2 adults or a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children).
1 dog may be considered with additional deposit. Sorry, no cats due to allergies.

Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
