This property is also within close proximity to the Great Harbor Marina and all that MDI & Acadia National Park have to offer. Fox Run is a large home with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths - plenty of room for everyone and then some! Enjoy morning coffee on the wrap around deck, which overlooks the expansive back yard and offers a peak-a-view of the ocean through the trees. There is also wonderful screened porch with additional seating and a dining table located right off the kitchen.

Layout

FIRST LEVEL: Entry. French doors enter into a large living room with vaulted ceilings, built-ins, a wood burning fireplace, sliders to the wrap around deck and a wooden bench that stretches the length of a wall of light filled windows.
To the left of the living room down a short hallway you will find a powder room to the one side and an office with pull-out sofa to the other side. At the end is the master bedroom with king bed and sliders to the deck. Large ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub, separate water closet, double vanities with granite counters, a tiled walk-in shower, lots of built-ins and a large walk in closet /dressing room.
To the right of the living room is the well stocked kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area with tv and wood burning stove. Access to the screened porch. From the screened porch one can access the deck at one end and the backyard via a staircase at the other end. Garage access from the kitchen is also handy.

LOWER LEVEL: Take the staircase from the entry to the lower level where you will find a laundry room. Seating area. Full bath with shower (no tub). Bedroom with a queen bed. Bedroom with 2 twin beds. Primary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite full bath with shower (no tub). NOTE: The twin bedroom does have a door to access the brick patio and the backyard.
