Special Conditions
For the remaining open weeks of 2024, the owner will consider shorter stays with a 3 night minimum and an additional $50 cleaning fee for all rentals less than 7 nights. 4pm check in - 9am check out. Additional Persons: $25 p/person, p/night for the 5th or 6th guest. No primary heat source, although there is a heat pump for heating and cooling. Cottage is seasonal and not insulated.
This simple, small rustic A-frame is nestled quietly in the woods for those who want to enjoy the great outdoors. Close proximity to Echo Lake Beach, Acadia National Park trails, downtown Southwest Harbor and about four miles to Ships Harbor and Wonderland in Seawall. You are likely to see birds, squirrels, an occasional fox, turkeys, deer and more off the back deck of the cabin. The little cabin tucked in the woods is located towards the end of a quiet dead end road, this spot is ideal for a small family. NOTE: Posted rates are for 4 guests maximum. See special conditions for 5th and 6th guests.
