If renting 2+ weeks, rate for the first week will be as as posted under pricing, then the 2nd, 3rd etc. weeks at the following rate(s): 5/3 -6/21: $1250 p/week 6/21 - 9/6: $1900 p/week 9/6 - 11/8: $1250 p/week 5th & 6th guest to sleep in living room on sleep sofa. Observatory on property is not currently operational.

Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
