If renting 2+ weeks, rate for the first week will be as as posted under pricing, then the 2nd, 3rd etc. weeks at the following rate: 5/4 -6/22: $1250 p/week 6/22 - 9/7: $1600 p/week 9/7 - 11/9: $1250 p/week 5th & 6th guest to sleep in living room on sleep sofa. Observatory on property is not currently operational.

Includes Direct TV and WIFI internet access. Very secluded and private location on the Quiet Side, away from the main tourist centers but with easy access to all the Island has to offer.
ONE LEVEL: Kitchen and dining area table for 4 - 5, living room with queen-sized sleeper couch, large-screen TV & DVD player, Full bath washer and dryer. Master bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd bedroom with two twin beds. Screened porch and open deck.
