Special Conditions
There may be other renters or family in the main house at any time. If extra space is needed, the main house "Sunnymead" can be viewed for rent at SW06-M2.

There is a heat pump for heat or air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is also a generator in case of emergency.
The stairs lead to a large room with living area, dining area and a galley style kitchen. At the end of the kitchen there is a narrow screened porch for outside enjoyment with a couple of chairs for convenience. The living room has lots of books and games for children and an oversized footstool that transforms into a full size, single bed. In addition there are two bedrooms - one with two twin beds and the other with a full bed, they both have access to the full bathroom with clawfoot tub only, no shower. NOTE: There is no handheld shower for the tub.
