There may be other renters or family in the main house at any time. If extra space is needed, the main house "Sunnymead" can be viewed for rent at SW06-M2.

There is a heat pump for heat or air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is also a generator in case of emergency.

At the end of the kitchen there is a narrow screened porch for outside enjoyment with a couple of chairs for convenience. The living room has lots of books and games for children and an oversized footstool that transforms into a full size, single bed. In addition there are two bedrooms - one with two twin beds and the other with a full bed, they both have access to the full bathroom with tub, no shower. NOTE: There is no handheld shower.

Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
