There may be other renters or family in the main house at any time. If extra space is needed, the main house "Sunnymead" can be viewed for rent at SW06-M2.

This rental is attached to a main residence and has a private separate, entrance and parking. The owners may be in residence from time to time. There is a heat pump for heat or air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is also a generator in case of emergency.
The stairs lead to a large room with living area, dining area and a galley style kitchen. At the end of the kitchen there is a narrow screened porch for outside enjoyment with a couple of chairs for convenience. The living room has lots of books and games for children and an oversized footstool that transforms into a full size, single bed. In addition there are two bedrooms - one with two twin beds and the other with a full bed, they both have access to the full bathroom with tub, no shower. NOTE: There is no handheld shower.
