Layout

ONE LEVEL: You'll notice immediately that this home has been designed and sited to take in the amazing vista. Even the entrance hall has an extraordinary view of the shore! Enter through a separate mudroom to access the hallway and then the modern and fully renovated kitchen and the adjacent dining area. The kitchen boasts high-end appliances and granite counters, the dining area very comfortable seating for up to eight, and both are awash with light from a wall of windows overlooking the sea! The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows and two comfortable sitting areas-- one with a wide focus on the panoramic ocean view, the second gracefully arranged in front of a gas fireplace, surrounded by built-in cabinets.
The master bedroom wing with its ocean view features a queen bed, an en Suite full bath (tub and shower,) as well as an office space with phone (NO fax.) On the opposite wing, find a large guest bedroom set with a full size bed and a full sized sleeper futon. This ocean view room has direct access to a sun room set with plenty of seating, and benefits from a full bath with tub and shower found just down the hall. Centrally located is the third bedroom and another bath. This small bedroom offers a twin-to-king trundle bed and is adjacent to a three-quarter (shower) bathroom. A laundry room just off the entry completes the layout. OTHER - PORCH/DECK: The expansive water-side deck is easily accessed via multiple French doors from the living room and dining area. This large space offers seating for relaxation and for dining, too.
