SUNDY TO SUNDAY RENTAL
This cozy rustic ocean front cottage sits approximately 15 feet above high tide with a deck that is perfect for watching the harbor, reading a book or enjoying the beautiful sunsets. At low tide there is a small sandy area at the shore line as well as a tidal pool for exploring. The dock is ideal for launching a kayak (bring your own or rent locally), a swim on a hot day or for sipping your favorite beverage while perched on the bench. Inside the cottage you will find the interior to be that of a traditional Maine summer camp with open stud walls to the ceiling. The main living / dining / kitchen area has a two-story ceiling with picture windows facing the water. For the cooler days and evenings there is a small state-of-art wood stove in the living room. Please be advised this is the only source of heat and the walls are NOT insulated and there are down comforters in the closets for each bed for additional warmth. The kitchen is small but very well equipped and does include a dishwasher.

FIRST LEVEL: Living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with a king bed. Den with sofa and 37" flat screen tv/dvd combo. Full bath. SECOND LEVEL: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with queen bed and a twin bed. Full bath w/ tub & separate shower stall.
