This spacious, light filled cottage is the perfect spot to spend your Maine vacation as it has space for everyone, inside and out as well as offering ocean views from just about every vantage point!
Sunny Hollow Cottage is tastefully decorated and fully outfitted for all of your vacation needs. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails from the back deck while taking in the views. Have a rousing game of corn hole or roast marshmallows from one of the two fire pits or just sit in one of the ocean side Adirondack chairs, breath in the ocean air and RELAX.
NOTE: Canoes and kayaks are not included, but can be rented locally - please pay attention to the tides!
FIRST LEVEL: Well stocked, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and bar space with seating for two. Large living /dining area with views and deck access. Master bedroom with attached full bath that offers a double vanity, large soaking tub and separate shower and a laundry closet with the washer & dryer. Deck access. Hall bath (full with tub/shower combo). Bedroom with 2 twin beds.
SECOND LEVEL: Large family room with wet bar offering a sink, drink frig and some counter / cupboard space. Access to the lower level outside area featuring crushed stone patio, gas grill, additional seating, picnic table w/umbrella and more. A full bath with double vanity. Bedroom with a queen bed. Bedroom with a king bed with access to the crushed stone patio and views. NOTE: There are 2 portable a/c units for the upstairs only as the downstairs stays nice and cool.

Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
