Posted rate for the week of 9/7 - 9/14 is a reduced rate and the owner will accept a 4 night minimum during this time through 9/16
Posted rates assume use of the 2 primary bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd levels of the home, NOT to include use of the lower level finished basement for a maximum of 4 guests. Use of the 3rd bedroom, in the lower level is an additional $280/per week along with an additional persons fee of $140 per person, per week, for the additional guests, maximum of 8 guests total.

Cathedral ceilings and lots of windows with views of the ocean, a comfortable seating area with stone fireplace as well as a dining area (with a large table and seating for up to 10). Full bath w/ shower only. Master bedroom with queen bed and a private, covered deck from which you can enjoy the view. Office. SECOND LEVEL: Cozy sitting area, full bath with separate shower and deep-soaking whirlpool tub and a 2nd master bedroom with California king and private balcony. Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
