Posted rates assume a maximum of 4 guests and use of only the 2 primary bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd levels of the home, NOT to include use of the lower level bedroom in the finished basement. Use of the 3rd bedroom in the lower level, will incur an additional persons fee of $175 per person, per week, for the additional guests over 4, maximum of 8 guests total.
