Spacious living room with large windows that fill the space with lots of natural light that steps down into the sunroom, offering views of the Mill Cove and beyond. Small hallway leads to a bedroom with a king bed, large walk-in closet and a large window with water views. Laundry closet. Full bath with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.
Access from the first floor, off the dining area leads out to an open deck and wrap-around covered and screened-in porch. Stairs lead from the open deck to the stone patio.

SECOND LEVEL: King bedroom with a/c heat pump, ceiling fan, attached full bath with a large walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. **This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway for ease of use for the twin bedroom. Bedroom with 2 xl twin beds. King bedroom with large ceiling fan, ocean views, en-suite full bath with large walk-in shower (no tub). All 3 of these bedrooms have a desk.

OTHER: Around the patio (and the rest of the house) is a large grassy area. From the back of the house, an easy brick pathway leads down to the sandy shore on Mill Cove.
