6 night rentals Sunday to Saturday Cozy and clean updated cottage with views of MDI and two private stone/pebble beaches. Very private and quiet with no immediate neighbors and naturally occurring low-bush blueberries growing in the yard between the house and the water's edge. Ocean front with 2 small clammer beaches, deep water frontage on Frenchman's Bay and you can watch the lobster boats and fishing boats passing by from the front deck, sometimes as close as 50 yards from the water's edge. Seal's can frequently be seen near the stone beach in front of the house and eagles have often been seen in the woods around the house. When sitting on the rocks down front by the water, you can clearly see people going up and down Cadillac Mountain (Bar Harbor) with a pair of binoculars. Just a short bike ride to Hancock Point and the center of Hancock which also offers a dock, beach and boat launch. Bar Harbor is just 20 minutes by car.
