Rates posted May 7 - Jun 17 and Sept 2 - Oct 14 are for a max of 12 guests. Additional guests will be $300 pp/per week for a max of 18.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $2500
ADDITIONAL PERSONS: $300 pp/per week
Cleaning is NOT included. Lessors require a cleaning during your stay and when you depart. Lessee is responsible for full cost of both cleanings which will be deducted from the security deposit.
