FIRST LEVEL: Modern kitchen with granite counter tops and a large island opening to a spacious living room overlooking Somes Sound. The living room has lots of windows to take in the incredible views, a granite fireplace and entertainment center add coziness on a cool evening. A large deck on two sides allows for the enjoyment of the waterfront. The bedrooms are as follows: Bedroom with a king bed (2 twins put together), private bath with shower and sliding glass doors leading to the shore. Bedroom with a queen bed, skylight, view of the water and a private full bath. Laundry room with sink and apartment size refrigerator. Powder room. Small bedroom with a 2 twin beds (one of which is a trundle). Master bedroom suite with an Olympic size queen bed, bath with shower only and sliding glass doors with views down Somes Sound. Other: There also is a semi-attached cottage consisting of a large room with a queen size bed and a single pull-out bed (a convertible chair), private bath with shower and a deck with beautiful views down Somes Sound.
