Layout

FIRST LEVEL: Enter from the driveway to a welcoming foyer. Off the foyer is a large laundry room. Tucked under the stairs one will find a 1/2 bath. Off the foyer is the the great room which features a cathedral ceiling with skylights, a wood burning fireplace with stunning floor to ceiling stone hearth and 65-inch flat screen SmartTV. The dining area has seating for 8 and sliding glass doors that give you a view of the beautiful woods while you eat. The well equipped kitchen offers all new stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, center island, and plenty of cookware to make meal prep easier. From the great room you enter into "The Lounge" which offers a second dining area, another large wood burning fireplace, 65-inch flat screen SmartTV, games, comfortable couches and three walls of windows overlooking mature woods.
There is also access to the back deck for relaxing and outdoor dining. Off the dining area is the first floor bedroom offering a queen bed, a large desk for a remote work area and en suite full bath with an oversized open shower (no tub).

SECOND LEVEL: Stairs from the first floor lead to a open loft which serves as another sleeping area with twin beds, table and chairs, and a large window offering a view into the woods. Here you will find two additional bedrooms. One is adjacent to the loft with a queen bed, cathedral ceiling, exposed timber frame, and views of the treetops. A short hallway leads to the other queen bedroom featuring a writing desk, large walk-in closet, and views into the mature woods. These bedrooms all share a full bath with combination tub and shower.

OUTDOOR SPACES:
The furnished back deck features Adirondack chairs, a separate dining table and chairs, and a large propane grill. The deck and a cozy front porch create lovely spaces for enjoying the natural setting and wildlife around this stunning home.
