Friday to Friday rental. Fireplace is not to be used. Children at the dock must always be supervised by an adult able to swim. All occupants of the canoe must wear USCG approved life preservers.

Located at the tip of Northern Neck on a private bluff, this exceptional vacation home offers commanding panoramic views of the pond and Acadia's Western mountains from the large front deck and the main living areas. Private dock with gangway and float. Fully equipped to offer a truly memorable Maine vacation experience.
FIRST LEVEL: Kitchen/dining/living room with knotty pine floors & cathedral ceilings that offer access to the deck from two sets of double glass doors. There is an open bar with seating for 3 that overlooks the fully stocked kitchen. The living room offers seating for 8 and the dining room comfortably seats 6 w/ an additional folding leaf table that can accommodate 4 - 6 additional diners. Bedroom with a queen bed. 2 full baths - one with a jacuzzi tub and separate sit down shower as well as a stacked washer and dryer. Master bedroom with access to a private deck with water views and equipped with a new in '10 memory foam king bed. SECOND LEVEL: Lofted, but semi-private bedroom with a queen bed. LOWER LEVEL: New carpet in '10. Bedroom with a queen bed and private full bath with jacuzzi tub/shower combination. There is also a separate living space with kitchenette that has a 2 burner stove top, small sink, small refrigerator, microwave & toaster oven. Small table w/ 3 chairs and a bar with 2 stools. A living area w/ tv, dvd & stereo and sliding glass doors to the lower level patio. 3/4 bath with shower only.
