Wake up to mornings overlooking idyllic Hodgdon Pond, spend your days exploring Acadia, and then return home to swim and kayak (4 kayaks and life preservers included) in Hodgdon Pond's pristine waters before settling around an evening fire. Layout

FIRST LEVEL: Enter this well-appointed ranch home into an eat-in kitchen which offers a convenient breakfast bar and an adjacent dining area. The large sunroom is just off the kitchen, and can be accessed off the wrap around deck, too. (Note- Due to all of the glass, the sunroom may not be appropriate for unsupervised young children.) Large family room with multiple options for seating has a large streaming tv and lots of games. Two bedrooms. The primary is set with a queen bed and the second bedroom has a set of twin beds. Full bath with tub and shower. Outer porch off sunroom with grill and picnic table.
**Extreme caution is required regarding the porch and deck. The porch has sliding screen doors. Be aware that the deck is only present on one side of the porch. There is no deck on the other 2 sides of the porch. The screens on these two sides should never be opened, nor should any attempt be made to egress (exit) from these sides of the porch. A safety railing is in place, however children must be watched at all times when on the porch or deck.

LOWER LEVEL: More than half of the lower level has been outfitted for guests. Down here find a queen bed, sitting area and a large bathroom with shower only. Laundry area with washer and dryer. Though not as polished as the upper level areas, you'll find it very comfortable. Full glass door offers access to the yard, and offers lovely views of the pond. NOTE: Exercise equipment is not for tenant use.
