FIRST LEVEL: Enter this well-appointed ranch home into an eat-in kitchen which offers a convenient breakfast bar and an adjacent dining area. The large sunroom is just off the kitchen, and can be accessed off the wrap around deck, too. (Note- Due to all of the glass, the sunroom may not be appropriate for unsupervised young children.) Large family room with multiple options for seating has a large streaming tv and lots of games. Two bedrooms. The primary is set with a queen bed and the second bedroom has a set of twin beds. Full bath with tub and shower. Outer porch off sunroom with grill and picnic table.

LOWER LEVEL: More than half of the lower level has been outfitted for guests. Down here find a queen bed, sitting area and a large bathroom with shower only. Exercise equipment is found on this level, as well as the washer and dryer. Though not as polished as the upper level areas, you'll find it very comfortable. Large glass door offers access to the yard, and offers lovely views of the pond.
