Layout

FIRST FLOOR: Foyer entry with views of the pond. The foyer opens to the high-end kitchen with large central island. Adjacent to the kitchen find the well-appointed dining area with seating for 8 and counter seating at the island for 2-4 more. This flows to the attractive living area with its grand, wood burning fireplace surrounded by built in cabinetry. From here, French doors open to the deck, whilst glass paneled doors swing open to make the generously-sized screen porch a part of the space. On the opposite end find a pond-view master bedroom suite. The bedroom is set with a queen bed and the full master bath which features a unique, shower design with a large walk-in tile shower (no tub). A half bath near the foyer completes this level. SECOND FLOOR: All bedrooms on this level feature stunning water and mountain views. The en Suite master bedroom is set with a queen bed. Two additional bedrooms offer 2 twins beds in each. These share a full bath with tub and shower. Also on this level find an office area and a large laundry room. PORCH/DECK: Ground level deck with seating and dining.
