Special Conditions
No smoking inside or outside Deck may be unsafe for small children as the railings are low. Fireplace is for ambiance & roasting marshmallows and is NOT for heating purposes. Bottled water for drinking and cooking is suggested as water comes from the pond. Wifi: The service provider does not have sophisticated bandwidth capabilities, for those who will be telecommuting. It is most ideal for checking emails .

Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
