Once a lease is signed, there will be no refunds, however, we will do our best to sublet it with owners permission.

Payment Policy
Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
