House Rules & Additional Notes: House Rules: No smoking indoors. Please don’t wander around the property. We love living close to our family members and respect each other’s privacy. Quiet Hours: 9pm-7am. The exit to the garage is for emergency only. Please DO NOT eat or drink anything on bed that might stain the linens. Please make sure all windows ( including the slanted window ) are closed while using the heat. Additional Notes: The laundry basket is under the storage space in the hallway. To use the tub drain: twist and lift the wooden knob. Outdoor trash container is on the right side of the garage. You can put your trash bags there if your trash can is full. To turn off the porch light: there is a ROUND rubber on/off button behind each solar panel.

Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
