Located on a quiet residential road, this private 4 bedroom home is the perfect retreat for a larger family or smaller parties who want room to spread out! Just minutes away from Bernard where you can enjoy a fabulous Maine lobster dinner at the popular Thurston's Wharf.
FIRST LEVEL: Entry way, living room with large bay window, gas fireplace, large dining room with seating for 8 (additional small table that will seat 4 located in kitchen) that opens to the kitchen with great amenities such as granite counter tops, a double wall oven and a breakfast bar as well as back deck access, just off the kitchen. Bedroom with a queen bed. 3/4 bath with shower (no tub). SECOND LEVEL: Large master bedroom with a king bed. Bedroom with a bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top). 3/4 bath with large soaking tub (no shower). Bedroom with a double bed and 2 twins.

Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
