2 week minimum rental Saturday to Saturday. No shore access. Owners reside in main house. The garage/workshop may be used by the owner during your stay. Please note that the ceiling of the garage and flooring of the apartment have been heavily insulated to block any noise that may occur.

Rental payments must be in US funds and can be in the form of a personal check, cashier's or certified check,traveler's check or cash. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are now accepted. If paying by credit card there will be a 3.5% administrative fee applied to the payment.
