Located on a quiet Lane, this delightful restored house with new steps, landing and railing along with beautiful hardwood floors was formerly used as servants' & maids' quarters during the heydays of Bar Harbor past. The house is divided into 2 apartments with living accommodations on the first level and sleeping quarters on the second level. It is within walking distance to the center of town and just a short walk leads you to ocean where the shore path passes by many well-known mansions. A glassed-in porch with seating, along with outside sitting areas filled with flowers & picnic table add to the enjoyment of this delightful location.
FIRST LEVEL: Glassed-in porch, kitchen, with small breakfast table pantry. Combined dining/living room; a dining table that seats four to six and two sofas. SECOND LEVEL: Master bedroom with queen size bed, armoire; second bedroom has two twin beds. Small bath with claw foot tub/shower and vintage sink.
